"Had to replace a motorcycle chain which they didn't have at the store, so the associated helped me order online from the store. Looked up the make and model and ordered a chain, but it was the wrong one. Went to replace it and order a new one again, but this time they ordered the right one but never got the correct order number, and the chain never arrived. Had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. When i called them to ask about the order, told me had to come to the store to show them that i had paid for the chain and without an order number would not do anything and would not even check if they had placed an order for a chain on the day and time i told them to check. Getting them to pick up the phone generally wastes about an hour of your time since they never pick up and then to be told that I need to prove that I ordered it from them by coming down to the store is not good customer service. I was willing to go down, but when i asked them how would they help if i still didn't have the order number, they had no answer. finally was told they would call me back and a week later i'm still waiting to hear back from them.
